Is built to withstand the outside. Rain. snow. ice. sun and wind. Archer is solar powered and runs after dark if the accumulator is sufficiently charged. It has also a swinging pendulum with its own solar white led light. 2 propellers whiz around as soon as there is a gust of wind.
